Order Notes

The product I received is wrong or damaged. What can I do?

Most items arrive problem-free, but we’re all human at the end of the day. If the product you received is wrong or damaged, please contact us here.

I’m sending a gift to someone. Can you skip the receipt?

Unfortunately, our fulfillment process automatically sends a packing slip and receipt with each shipment. We are unable to skip the receipt at this time.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Unworn, unwashed, unused, or defective items may be returned by mail within 14 days (2 weeks) of delivery date and can be refunded to the original form of payment. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return items.

How do I return an item?

Before initiating a return, please contact us here so we can flag your order. You may then mail your return to the shipping address included on the packing slip included with the order. Customers are responsible for covering all shipping costs associated with the return. Please note: we will review the return upon receipt and issue a refund once we confirm it is unworn, unwashed, unused, or defective.

Can I exchange an item for a different color or size?

At this time, we do not exchange items. Please refer to the return policy and instructions above to initiate a return of unworn, unwashed, unused, or defective items.
