Delivery Notes

When does my order ship?

We are proud to handle all shop items ourselves. This means that items are typically in stock and ship within 1-2 business days, oftentimes same-day depending on time of day the order is placed.

When does my order arrive?

Except for items marked “preorder,” all items listed are typically in stock and ship in a timely manner. Arrival time depends on USPS shipping. You should receive an email with tracking information once your item has shipped.

Where do you ship?

At this time, items only ship within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience!

The product I received is wrong or damaged. What can I do?

Most items arrive problem-free, but we’re all human at the end of the day. If the product you received is wrong or damaged, please contact us here.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Unworn, unwashed, unused, or defective items may be returned by mail within 14 days (2 weeks) of delivery date and can be refunded the cost of the item (less shipping and handling) to the original form of payment. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return items as well as the original shipping cost.

How do I return an item?

Before initiating a return, please contact us here so we can flag your order. You may then mail your return to the shipping address we provide in reply to your message. Customers are responsible for covering all shipping costs associated with the return. Please note: we will review the return upon receipt and issue a refund once we confirm it is unworn, unwashed, unused, or defective.

Can I exchange an item for a different color or size?

At this time, we do not exchange items. Please refer to the return policy and instructions above to initiate a return of unworn, unwashed, unused, or defective items.
