Unworn, unwashed, and unused items that arrive defective may be returned by mail within 14 days (2 weeks) of delivery date as determined by USPS tracking delivered status and can be refunded the cost of the item (less shipping and handling) to the original form of payment. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return items as well as the original shipping cost.
Before initiating a return, please email carissa (at) nextpod.com so we can flag your order. You may then mail your return to the shipping address provided. Customers are responsible for covering all shipping costs associated with the return. Please note: We will review the return upon receipt and issue a refund once we confirm it is unworn, unwashed, unused, or defective.
